Yes, I have moved into a new neighborhood and I have some very cool new neighbors. Some of you might be surprised to hear that I have moved. You are probably thinking, “Wow, I didn’t know that she was moving! Why didn’t she ask me to help her pack? Not!”
The truth is that I haven’t personally moved my home, I have moved into a new online community. I now have a home at BlogHer.com. I found this new home by following Lorna Harris on Twitter. Lorna just moved with her family to California from England. She runs a social news site for women called Boudica.com. (Check it out, very cool!) Soon after her arrival she was tweeting about attending the BlogHer conference in California. Being new to blogging, I hadn’t become familiar with BlogHer yet. Let me tell you…what an awesome community. It is a community for women who blog. Their motto is “You say it. We share it.”
You can find incredible blog posts on politics, family, health, beauty, sports, technology, education, life…the list goes on and on. I have found a pool of amazing women while cruising through the 
neighborhood. One of my favorite new neighbors is Tori from Babybloomr: raising kids and eyebrows since 1992 I love to read Tori’s posts. She is a true storyteller. The pace in which she tells her stories is truly artistic. Her view of life has a humorous tilt and always delivers a great read.
This is a wonderful neighborhood and there is room for you to move in too! Check it out for yourself, I’d love to hear who your favorite BlogHer’s are!

Fortunately, the majority of the neighbors in the community disagree with the flier’s contents, expressing mostly shock and disdain that someone within the community would behave in such a public, albeit anonymous, manner.
